| Catalytic combustion catalyst |
| The complete oxidation method, for the treatment of organic solvents, requires no secondary treatment (waste water treatment, waste oil treatment, etc.). The catalytic incineration method and direct fired incineration method are used as complete oxidation methods. |
 |
CmHn + O2 → CO2 + H2O + heat of reaction
|
In case of the direct fired incineration method, the waste gas is heated up to 650 to 900 °C and then incinerated with flame to make harmless and deodorized.
In case of the catalytic incineration method, chemically the same effect as the above is obtained by using the catalyst instead of flame at a relatively low temperature of about 300°C. Over a certain level of organics concentration, no auxiliary fuel is required because the heat of reaction is sufficient to continue the reaction. |

1.Features |
| 1. |
By the relatively low temperature treatment, no auxiliary fuel requirement above a certain level of organics. |
| 2. |
Due to measures taken against poisonous substances in the waste gas, the system can be used stably for a long period of time. |
| 3. |
Because of complete oxidation, no generation of secondary pollutions such as waste water. |
| 4. |
Not generated thermal NOx. |
| 5. |
The heat recovery system with energy cost saving. |
| 6. |
The automatic control design enabling the system in safe and easy operation. |
| 7. |
Equipment based on the most suitable design, installation and trial run based on accumulated experiences. |
