About Us
PT. NIPPON SHOKUBAI INDONESIA was established in 1996 at Cilegon of Banten, with 1st Acrylic Acid plant and Acrylic Esters plant. After the 2nd Acrylic Acid plant and new Superabsorbent Polymer plant as the second phase investment started in 2013, the 3rd Acrylic Acid plant as the third phase investment started in 2023.
PT. NIPPON SHOKUBAI INDONESIA is the sole manufacturer in Indonesia to produce Acrylic Acid, Acrylic Esters, and Superabsorbent polymer.
PT. NIPPON SHOKUBAI INDONESIA is a subsidiary of NIPPON SHOKUBAI CO., LTD. , and moreover the largest overseas plant in NIPPON SHOKUBAI group with corporate mission as “TechnoAmenity: Providing prosperity and comfort to people and society, with our unique technology”.
