FY2030 Goals
Three Transformations
We are promoting the following three transformations in pursuit of our goals for FY2030.
1. Business Transformation
We are advancing a portfolio transformation from existing domains to growth areas. While expanding our highly profitable Solutions business, we will fundamentally revamp the Materials business to reinforce our business foundation.
2. Strategic Transformation for Environmental Initiatives
Toward achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, we will vigorously advance our sustainability initiatives, including CO₂ reduction, recycling, and decarbonization efforts, as part of our corporate responsibility.
3. Organizational Transformation
We are committed to evolving into a workplace where diverse individuals can flourish and into a resilient organization that sustains growth. To this end, we will accelerate decision-making through greater delegation of authority and implement a new HR system that rewards those who embrace challenges.
