Nippon Shokubai announces Establishment of a Subsidiary in Korea

NIPPON SHOKUBAI CO., LTD. [Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President: Masanori Ikeda, TSE:4114] (“Nippon Shokubai”) announces that it reorganized its Korean office and established a wholly owned subsidiary company “NIPPON SHOKUBAI KOREA CO., LTD.” on April 1, 2015.

In 2007, Nippon Shokubai established an office in Korea, in order to extend a solid base for business in electronic and information material, because Korean company has large global share in television, semiconductor, etc. Now, for the purpose of strengthening its sales and marketing activity, Nippon Shokubai reorganized its Korean office and established a new subsidiary company.
