Dispersion of Zirconia Nanoparticles : ZIRCOSTAR™ High Refractive Index Nanoparticles

Features and Properties

Zirconia nanoparticles with excellent dispersibility, which have been developed used by Nippon Shokubai’s proprietary technology. Ideal for molding and coating materials that require a high refractive index and transparency.

  • Good dispersibility in various organic solvents
Examples: Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), Propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PGMEA)
  • Good compatibility with UV curable acrylic resins and monomers
Examples: Benzyl acrylate, Isobornyl acrylate, Isobornyl methacrylic acid, N-vinylpyrrolidone, AOMA™, VEEA™, VEEM™
  • High solid content; Example: 80 wt%
